It is vital that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels etc. still attached. We cannot accept boots or shoes for return where there is wear to the sole – we would advise trying boots and shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.

Please pop a note inside the delivery with your order number, name and address and what you would like us to do. (ie Swop, or refund etc) Please specify the delivery address if you require replacement items.

On receipt of the saleable returned goods, we will either exchange or refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability; we will contact you via email or telephone if the requested exchange item is out of stock.

Any duty incurred upon receipt of returned items will be recovered from the customer.
